멸치(Anchovy)
멸치는 청어목 멸칫과의 바닷물고기로 한국, 일본, 필리핀, 인도네시아, 사할린섬 남부 등지에 분포합니다. 일반적인 생선처럼 뼈와 살을 발라내지 않고 통째로 먹기 때문에 칼슘의 왕이라고 불리기도 합니다.
Anchovies are saltwater fish in the herring family, Anchovidae, and are found in Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, and southern Sakhalin Island. They're called the king of calcium because they're eaten whole, without the bones and flesh like most fish.
